Contact form messages

The form asks for your name, email address, subject and message. This information is stored in a restricted administration area to review and respond to your enquiry, not to send advertising. Do not send passwords, payment details or documents.

To limit repeated submissions, a technical identifier based on the IP address is used; the original IP address is not stored in the form's database tables. This identifier is not anonymous. The hosting provider may keep separate access logs. The form also uses a session to protect submissions.

If email notifications are enabled, the administrator receives the enquiry number and a link to the restricted area, without the message text or your email address. Messages remain in the administration panel until the site owner deletes them. For questions about your enquiry or its deletion, you can use the contact form.

What data is used

The site uses technical data needed for registration, account login and saving learning flashcards. This data is not used for advertising.

Visitor statistics

The site loads Yandex Metrica only after the visitor gives consent. It provides aggregate statistics, including visits, pages viewed, referral sources, device types and visitors' approximate locations.

Session recording and Webvisor are disabled on this site. Declining analytics does not restrict access to lessons.
