I colori principali

Basic colours

Learn eight common colours for shopping and describing things. Colour adjectives often agree with nouns: rosso, rossa, rossi, rosse. Verde has plural verdi. Blu does not change. Unlike English, Italian colour adjectives usually follow the noun: una camicia bianca.
